Replacement Crankshafts
LeTourneau Technologies Drilling Systems’ high-performance, one-piece, forged and fabricated replacement crankshafts deliver the same durable welded construction that’s been proven in years and years of real-world service LEWCO-brand mud pumps. Their balanced design promotes smooth performance at all operating speeds, and is one of the big reasons LTI mud pumps offer the industry’s highest continuous-duty flow rates – at pressures as great as 7,500 psi.
All LTI replacement crankshafts include the following features:
- One-piece, forged and fabricated alloy steel construction – not a porous, crack-prone casting or multi-piece/bolted component
- Thoroughly proven, inherently balanced design, which dramatically reduces vibration, for a quieter operating environment and longer component life
- Field kits and 24/7 turnkey installation services available
LTI high-performance replacement crankshafts fit major-brand mud pumps with input ratings of 1,300 to 2,200 horsepower.
