LTI™ Power Systems works with its customers to design and build switchgear and engine/gen controls that best meet the requirements of the application. Utilizing proven technology, LTI systems are designed to optimize control and safety, while reducing installation costs and complexity.
LTI plug-in engine and generator controls are compatible with all analog or digital PLCs. In the LTI system, the PLC processor and I/O communicate with engine/generator cards in an integrated control system. This configuration eliminates separate control enclosures and associated wiring and connections, saving valuable space and reducing installation costs and complexity.
LTI engine and generator controls feature broad engine management functions, such as engine synchronization, soft load and unload, precise kW/kVAR load sharing, over-speed and reverse power protection, tach loss protection, start-fuel limiting, autostart, and autosynchronizing. In addition, these controls feature precise generator management.
All LTI control systems feature fabrication, wiring and interconnection of equipment in accordance with all applicable industry standards and codes. |
