The call center will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you by answering any questions, concerns, and inquiries you may have regarding equipment, parts and service. Our goal is to respond to your questions in a timely and professional manner.

Below is a brief overview of the Call Center's procedures:

  • If you have any questions, issues, or concerns regarding your equipment, parts, or service,
    please call 1-866-972-6742 or 832-782-6742.
  • A LeTourneau Call Center Assistant will collect basic information from you and provide you with a tracking number.
  • Based on the provided information, the Call Center Assistant will forward your call to the appropriate LeTourneau employee that can best evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
  • If you need to contact the Call Center again regarding the same inquiry, the tracking number will help the Call Center Assistant assist you in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Alternatively, you can send an inquiry via e-mail. The e-mail address for the call center is support@letourneautechnologies.com.
