J. Gordon Beiffenmiller Announced as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LeTourneau Technologies

 
 
Houston, Texas - August 30, 2010

LeTourneau Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that J. Gordon Beittenmiller has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Beittenmiller brings to LeTourneau over 20 years of senior financial and operating experience in manufacturing, engineering, and construction capacities from both private and public companies. Prior to LeTourneau, he co-founded three companies, including Comfort Systems USA, which moved to the public sector and proceeded to become the largest mechanical services company in the United States. Most recently, he worked in two turnaround investments in Houston, one while serving as acting CEO. Beittenmiller holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Reporting to Thomas Burke, President & CEO of LeTourneau Technologies, Inc., Beittenmiller will be responsible for all financial and Information Technology matters affecting LeTourneau, including internal and external financial reporting, capital and cash flow planning and management, and IT operations.

Burke stated, "Gordie brings critical private and public company experience to LeTourneau, along with expertise in capital structure and mergers and acquisitions. His diverse background will add another dimension to the LeTourneau management team, as well as help our company focus on ways to strengthen and market the LeTourneau franchise."
