Prior to shipping, every LTI mud pump is full-load
tested to ensure performance is to spec. Rigorous testing
takes place in our million-dollar specialized facility
which is part of our 160,000+ square foot manufacturing
complex in Houston, Texas.
Here, our laboratory can test pumps at inputs of up
to 3,000 horsepower (2,237 kW) or discharge pressures
as great as 7,500 psi (527 kg/cm), using AC or DC drive.
Beyond standard testing, LTI can also perform any
specialized testing you may require.
From the day you put your mud pump into service, you
can be sure it will meet, even exceed, your performance
